GreenWoods are at the leading edge of the HK healthy eating scene. For anyone unfamiliar with raw food cooking GreenWoods advise me:-

• During preparation their food is never heated above 41 degrees C (to optimise nourishment within food)

• The tools to cook the food are a blender and a dehydrator

• Their food is never fried

GreenWoods produce nutrition packed, tasty & inventive slow cooked dishes. Their food is always all vegan. We are being offered a specially discounted deal as follows:-

Soup湯 綠果菜露 Green Smoothie (Banana, Pineapple, Kale/Spinach, Lime leaf)

沙律Salad 田園沙律Green Salad (Seasonal veggies with house made dressing)

主食Main Course A Combo of :-

夏威夷亞麻籽軟批 Haiwaiian Flaxseed Pizza (no-baking pizza crust made of red bell pepper and flaxseed, top with fresh pineapple, corn and alfalfa and house made pesto sauce & creamy kefir nut cheese)

意式菠菜千層麵 Raw Lasagna (zucchini noodles with marinated spinach, tomatoes and pumpkin seeds, and house made tomato sauce & creamy kefir nut cheese)

The cost person for the above is 140 HKD per person. There is also an option of the following for those who wish for an additional 60 HKD:-

Those attending please RSVP = 'Yes'.

• We politely request editing RSVP to 'No' asap by anyone unable to attend who previously RSVPs 'Yes' to this event

• To help focus on RSVP status, anyone who 'no shows' against a 'Yes' RSVP will regrettably be banned for 1 month from the group.

• Attendees are requested to leave all ordering to be done by the organisers for the group (anyone ordering directly from restaurant staff will respectfully be asked to pay for this directly on ordering).
