Hi all,

With spring now here...

This is our first BBQ. It will of course be friendly and informal:-

• All vegan food will be provided as will one complimentary soft drink (alcohol is not permitted at this venue). Attendees are welcome to bring additional soft drinks of their own

• Cost per person is HKD 160 (in advance please to allow organizer purchase of food). Please deposit no later than 18 00 on Weds 16 March to this bank account:-

• Due to Pre-order food it is with regret to say we are unable accept walk in attendees for this BBQ

• Recreational facilities are available as an option for attendees to use at the following additional cost per hour:-

1 x Table Tennis $15

1 x Squash Court $30

1 x Badminton $30

• Full refund will be given if a rain forecast causes cancellation

• Attendees are optionally welcome to bring a lunch box & cutlery to avoid using single use paper plate and plastic fork
