I am a mental health therapist and I use meditation in my personal life and with my clients. It is relaxing to sit in meditation in the morning and before starting my day. I have an office in 2 blocks from downtown Silver Spring that has a group room that is perfect for meditation. If you are new to meditation, I am willing to share everything I know. If you are experienced in meditating, I am willing to learn from you.
I want this group to be open to anyone that is willing to try new things and share interesting things. I would like to learn Tai Chi, hike, and just sit and chat with you over a cup of tea. I hope we will have lots of interesting times together.
