Offering meditation in the tradition of Swami Rudrananda, a variant of kundalini yoga, Shamatha meditation, and other spiritual offerings and mindfulness practices.

Please join us if:

• You are curious about how your mind works.
• You would like to explore energy work.
• You are ready to wake up.

Rudra meditation was developed by Albert Rudolph, Swami Rudrananda ("Rudi"). The meditation is done in a seated position, either on the floor or in a chair, with open eyes.

Shamatha and vipassana meditation techniques also include working with open eyes.

Hu Resnick, who founded this meetup, studied and taught Rudra meditation for over 30 years.
Co-founder Angela Alston, GCFP, MFA, has practiced Shamatha-vipassana since 1996 and Rudra meditation since 2010. Her other mindfulness practices include the Feldenkrais Method® and Tai Chi.
