I graduated college and landed a career in real estate management. I worked continuously until I began having health issues that forced me to go on disability. My hope is that I will receive treatment this year and be able to get on with my life.
My mind is a very busy place as I have a huge amount of down time which causes me to ruminate and obssess. I need to find a way to balance myself out emotionally and I'm hoping based on recommendations made by my friends that meditating will help calm me down.
I've tried listening to guided meditations by myself but can't seem to relax enough to even listen until the end so being in a group enviroment may help, hopefully.
I am dealing with severe chronic pain issues that is interfering with the enjoyment of all areas of my life. I definitely struggle to balance myself emotionally and someone suggested getting involved with guided meditations.
