This class is geared toward the practice of meditation. Participants learn the basic concepts of meditation and the positive interaction between meditation and success in everyday life. Next, we get right to the practice meditation, sitting for at least three (3) complete meditation sessions. The class is finished in one hour.
While the workshop focuses on new meditators, experienced participants will also benefit from learning this simple yet powerful meditation technique. The class is sponsored by Science of Spirituality, a global, nonprofit, spiritual organization dedicated to love, unity and peace. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji, the head of the Science of Spirituality, is internationally recognized for his work toward promoting inner and outer peace through spirituality and has helped people from all walks of life connect to their true selves by teaching them the art of meditation.
