Welcome! I'm going to try something new by combining Mindfulness techniques with EFT (the Emotional Freedom Technique) and other personal development tools in our class. Let's have some fun with it in our 3:30 and 6:30 classes!

Mindfulness (definition by Wikipedia) is the practice of bringing one's attention to the internal and external experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation. No particular belief system - religious or otherwise - is involved. Anyone can do it by paying attention to every small detail of any activity. Join us to learn and to practice.
