Meet a mentor

Details
The night is run a bit like speed dating.
There will be tables set up around the room of approximately 6-8 students with 2 mentors on each. The mentors will introduce themselves for a minute each then the students will have 10 minutes to ask the mentors at their table questions. Once the 12 minutes is up, the 2 mentors will move tables. It should be a fun and informative night. It’s really informal and there will be a chance to grab a drink and have a chat with interesting people.
The mentors come from a range of backgrounds and include: software developers, designers, engineering managers, product owners and recruiters.
Students are welcome regardless of where or how they are learning about software and computing; universities, intensive courses, TAFE and any self-taught learners.
The night is based on a series run by the Graduate Developer Community in London that I used to help organise.
