Meet The Chef at the Copper Chimney - 126 East 28th

Hi Everyone,

Our next Meet The Chef Meetup will be Sunday September 30 in the beautiful 2nd floor lounge at the fantastic Indian restaurant the Copper Chimney in midtown Manhattan.
The menu has changed since the last e-mail and Chef Baskaran will make the following:

Orange & Fig Salad - Fresh greens, oranges and figs with orange vinaigrette dressing

Gobi Honey Garlic - Cauliflower florets tossed with honey and garlic sauce

Bhindi Masala - Okra cooked with onions,tomatoes and spices (vegetarian)

Shrimp Jalfrezi - Stir fried shrimp and onions,bell peppers,tomatoes and flavored with onions.

Naan - Bread

The registration fee includes a glass of red or white wine, or beer, the salad and Gobi Honey Garlic, bread, and a sample of the 2 entrees that the chef will prepare for our group.
