Tell Us What You Know
Details
Each person will have 2 minutes to present. It's your choice what you talk about. It could be that you tell us a story from your lives --could be from childhood, a family story, a work story or anything else. Or it could be that you explain your job as if we knew nothing about it. Or, if you prefer, you could present something that you are currently working on for work or your outside activities.
The idea is that you are likely to be most comfortable talking about something you know best. The more comfortable you get talking about what you know, the more comfortable you will get with presentations of more formalized content.
After you present, you will get feedback from the other members that will help you do even better next time!
The first 12 people to RSVP "yes" will be the ones who present.
I still encourage all other members to RSVP and attend, as we can learn a lot from watching other people. And even if you aren't presenting, we want your feedback!
