This seminar will focus on providing entrepreneurs with the tools they need to understand: why and how a startup’s value intimately depends on the scope and strength of patents; how to understand patent claims and use them to your advantage; how to decide what to patent; and what other forms of protection can be as valuable as patents. We will also explore how to get litigation-ready patents that can stand up to a court challenge and catch the eye of investors and competitors.
