In other words, this group is not for people looking to suit-up in hi-tech jogging outfits and high-performance walking sneaks with wristband weights and powerbars in their pockets.. This group is for people looking to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city while in the company of other people who enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Stopping for coffee or a bite is totally within limits! Come join us!! Please join in walk, enjoy your physical exercise, make new friends, socialize.
