MelbCSS November 2015 meetup

Details
A great evening of CSS related talks and socialising. Drinks and food will be provided by our awesome sponsors.
NOVEMBER 2015:
Living Styleguides
Jordan Lewis - Senior Frontend Dev, Envato
@jordanlewiz (https://twitter.com/jordanlewiz)
Styleguides encompass more than how a button looks or how typography is formatted. I'll be introducing the Envato ‘Structure’ Styleguide which is a special breed of styleguide designed to document an entire application's UI, not just it's styles.
--
Animations in React
Jo Cranford - Lead Developer, Culture Amp
@jocranford (https://twitter.com/jocranford)
The React component lifecycle doesn’t lend itself to applying transitions in the ways that we’re used to. The ReactCSSTransitionGroup provides a way to use CSS transitions. In this talk, I'll explore using the ReactCSSTransitionGroup, and demonstrate some quirky edge cases and real life examples.

RSCSS: Writing CSS without losing your sanity
Rico Sta. Cruz - Open source developer
@rstacruz (https://twitter.com/rstacruz)
Rico shares with us a very simple naming convention that’d sort out common headaches with writing CSS called RSCSS (http://rscss.io/).
