I believe that a lack of knowledge management not only impacts an organisation, it impact many areas within our society. Knowledge management is beneficial to survival, growth and serves to educate and inspire no only the current but future generations. I use the term "generation" in both a sociological and organisational context.
In my eyes, communication and documentation is the best way to manage knowledge. However, these two alone won't be any good unless there is a way we can easily access to the wealth of knowledge commuincated and/or documented. I am hoping to join this group of like-minded individuals and professionals to learn and explore what constitutes good knowledge management.
I don't have one.
Hi, I'm currently a Financial Planning Manager working with NAB. I have many mentors assisting me in various areas and Knowledge Management is an area I am very interested in. A friend put me on to your old emails, however, found you here instead.
