Men With Spirit recognize the role spirituality plays in personal development and in realizing our full potential. Even with the demands on our time and energy we strive to live a balanced life, attending to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of life. We believe there are times when men need to meet and talk with other men about more serious life issues if we are to succeed in encouraging a healthy masculine perspective which promotes justice, compassion and equality in all relationships. Issues for discussion might include men's health, career, stress management, relationships, spirituality as it relates to personal meaning and fulfillment as well as other topics raised by the group.
