      “Oleg, It will be great to see you when we get together for a workout which won't be til January, meanwhile you can go to the webssite MenwithSticks.com and start doing some of the exercises on your own.. I do the warmup everyday and the letters and some spinning and such, there's lots you can do on your own and then so much more with partners and groups. Call me [masked] if you want to do partner workouts sometime. Mark”

      “Michael - Hi, Good to hear from you. I am using four foot hardwood closet dowels primarily that I get from the hardware store or lumber yard. I also use two by two's cut to the same length but they are square so are second choice although they work fine. Bamboo works or a straight tree limb. I like the closet dowel because they are uniform. Mine I tipped with weighted rubber tips to help with the spinning and juggling stuff I learned from the guy at the juggling group at Reed college.”
