This group is for those looking for pro-active solutions to their mental distress. I believe we all have the power to not just simply recover from dis"ease" but to live our life with passion, purpose, and joy. I also believe that physical, mental, and spiritual health must be aligned for us to do this.

This group is about finding how to re-align ourselves and restore balance. What we will do in this group meetup:

- Guided meditations

- Holistic nutrition seminars

- Mindful movement with Pilates or walking

- Mental health and mindset lectures

- Discussions on my favourite mental health books

- Guest speakers - ex. psychologists, energy workers, etc.

- Group discussion and support

We have two different meetups: free and paid workshops.

Our free meetups consist of support, group discussions, and an introductory educational section of various mental health topics.  Our paid workshops are hands on because we do exercises in mentality, spirituality, and physical health.  The paid workshops explore the educational lectures of the free sessions on a deeper level.

Please note that we are not professional psychiatry or psychology.  We provide additional support to mental health therapy.  We will not discuss medications.
