We are a long standing support group for people with mental health diagnoses. This includes ALL types including but not limited to, bipolar, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, schizo-affective, mania, depression or and anything else you can think of.

Our only goal is to support each other as we try to get through life with conditions that not everyone seems to undersand.

we laugh, we cry, we eat cookies and we do listen, understand and try to help.
