To live your best life, it's important to heal stuck patterns, fear and negative thoughts. You can do this by listening to your authentic, loving heart. Thoughts based in Love create healing within and transform behaviors that do not serve you. Learning to listen to Love instead of fear is one of the most powerful things you can do to heal from the past and create a better, more healthy life.

Lisa Venable, M.A. is an author, inspirational speaker and spiritual psychotherapist. Through individual healing sessions, workshops and email inspirations, Lisa helps heal stuck patterns, fear and negative thoughts by helping people listen to Love.

Mission: My mission is to help people feel good so they can be happy and create the life they want.

We don’t feel good on the inside when we listen to our fear-based mind, filled with thoughts that tell us we’re not good enough, worthy, we should be this, we should do that! We must do what others will approve of; we have failed, we are wrong, we will never be able to do or have what we want!

I invite people to listen to Love, the voice in their heart that is supportive, encouraging and wise.
