Because we have forgotten our natural ability to release emotions, including resistance to what is here now, most of us are held back in some way(s) from creating what we want in life. These emotions also keep us from being, experiencing and sharing with others the peace, love and joy that we really are.
Most of us are continuously, unconsciously resisting the things we most want to change in our lives. This includes our assessment that we are overweight, have an illness, don’t have enough money, may not be making the right decisions for our life or business, have not made the right choices in the past or are not good enough to be/do/have (fill in the blank). This resistance holds us in the same place. In addition to resistance, we often experience other uncomfortable emotions such as sadness, frustration or helplessness. Even our self-judgments are feelings that we can release so that we are free from the past and able to act from a rational mind and place of inner knowingness to create what is best for us NOW.
Most of us either express or suppress our emotions. When you release an emotion first, you may decide to appropriately express it rather than suppressing it or causing yourself more trouble and regretting an emotional outburst. Many of us suppress our emotions by putting on a happy face (denial) or by escaping them for the moment through over -eating, -spending, -gambling, -drinking, etc. Few of us recall the natural ability we were born with—to release an emotion so that it is gone, and is no longer impacting our choices and actions. Most of us allow our minds to torment us with unpleasant memories of the past or envisioning things that we DON’T want to have happen--“worry about the future”. We can free ourselves from these emotions and allow our minds to focus on creating what we DO want. This also opens us to new opportunities and creative ideas that would otherwise not be visible to us.

Given all of the losses that Michigan has been through in the last few years, we felt it was time to provide a means to help our communities move beyond these negative emotions and what has been created. Our events are FREE. This is our contribution to helping Metro-Detroit re-create itself with a better future ahead for everyone.
