We are a group of people looking for better alternatives for investing our savings and retirement funds such as self directed IRAs, 401k conversions ect. We do not have anything to sell or any costly programs to join. We meet and discuss what is working for our members.

There are wide variety of IRA investment options that have been available since 1975 when the first contributions could first be made to IRAs (see IRS Code section 4975). Although a few types of investments that are prohibited there are a still a number of good options for investing funds such as Real Estate, Precious Metals, Private Placements, LLC's etc.
Until recently the retirement investment industry has been dominated by custodians who are focused on a narrow spectrum of IRA investments, limited to stocks, bonds, CDs, and other traditional investments.
