This is a weekday trip to Laconia Bike Week and the Auto Road of Mt. Washington. We'll leave on June 11th as this is one the two days that the Auto Road is open to Motorcycles only. The weather is looking great for Monday, the 11th as Thursday, the 14th they are saying rain. Cost for motorcycle and rider is $15 and a passenger is $8.00 to tour the Auto Road. For those not wanting to go up the mountain, still join us for a ride part of the way and then pull off for Laconia. We'll do the ride to Mt. Washington first and then see how much time we have to travel back to Laconia and the Weirs. This is a change from what we said at first, but the ride up Mt. Washington is the highlight of this trip and we don't want to miss the chance because we get sidetracked at Bike Week.

We are starting out at the Cumberland Farm Gulf Station in Hopkinton off I-495, exit 21A. From there we will go north on I-495 to I-93 north to our second meeting point, the Mobil Station at exit 45. We hope to be there by 9:00. It's then I-93 to the Autoroad. This is a 3 1/2 hour ride from Hopkinton to the Autoroad without any stops. Plan for a long day if your going.

See you at the meeting points......
