Anthony Chara is a seasoned Real Estate investor that has successfully been investing and managing investment properties since 1993. Mr. Chara began investing in Multi Family & Apartments full time in 2004 and currently owns approximately 1,600 apartment units with a total asset value in excess of $43 Million Dollars. Anthony owns apartment units ranging from 14 units in Oklahoma to 179 units in Indianapolis.
Presently, he is the managing partner of Apartment Mentors, LLC and founder of Success Classes, LLC. During the past 20 years, he has owned or managed several successful multi-million dollar companies.
Mr. Chara started his teaching career in September, 2006, in order to educate both the beginning investor and more sophisticated investors about how to successfully invest in Apartments and Multi-Units.
