Eat Healthy, Exercise, and Reduce Stress

Join our group and be part of a community that is actively engaged in being healthy and happy. Gather to learn and participate in activities that support our health and wellness. Our events focus on nutrition, reduction of stress, the environment, fitness, alternative health, and relaxation. We support each other in our quest to live a healthy and happy life that is centered in wellness!

The benefits in becoming a member include increased support, a forum to have your questions answered, and many free seminars and workshops to learn more about acupuncture, meditation, yoga, weight training, healthy food, raw food, healthy cooking, gluten free diets, supplements, hypnosis, etc.

As a board certified health counselor, I started this group as a forum of support for my clients and a way to offer them additional information and education about holistic and alternative health. This has morphed into a community wide outreach program, and I"m thrilled to be the organizer/moderator. The only thing I ask of everyone is to please, keep a positive outlook. It will benefit yourself, and the rest of us. There is enough stress in the world, let's leave it behind so we can be "healthy and happy people".
