Brian Kaiser, the CTO at Hudl, will join us to discuss how microservices are used there.

Talk Summary:
Brian will discuss how Hudl uses microservices, specifically to facilitate local development and testing on top of services. They run about 1200 servers on AWS currently, but that varies wildly throughout the year based on load (from 800-2500).
Bio:
Brian Kaiser is the CTO of Hudl. A Overland Park, Kan. native, Brian graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a computer engineering degree from the Jeffrey S. Raikes School in Computer Science and Management. In 2012, he was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in the sports category, and was joined by co-founders David Graff and John Wirtz on Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list in 2010.
