Can you trust yourself?

Can you trust other people? Some maybe yes, some maybe no.

But here's a more important question -- Can you trust yourself? Really think about the answer. If you're like most people there are aspects of your life where you're congruent and you can trust yourself to consistently follow through the way you want.
