Microsoft Testing Stuff Sprint 2
Hosted by Microsoft Testing Stuff
Details
Back by popular demand.. I am thrilled to announce we will be holding Microsoft Testing Stuff Meetup Sprint Two on 10 June.
We will be holding the Meetup at the same venue, although we will be changing the layout of the space to reduce the noise. We have also been promised a dividing screen :)
The first session of the Meetup will be presented by Colin Beales, Visual Studio Technical Specialist at Microsoft. Colin will be presenting a session titled, “Cross Browser Testing with Coded UI.” The synopsis for his session is as follows, “Visual Studio Coded UI Testing now incorporates integration with the Selenium Web Driver to enable Coded UI testing to work across a range of Web Browsers (including Chrome and Firefox). In this session Colin will detail how to get setup with Cross-Browser testing showing some examples to get started and some sharing some thoughts around integration with Visual Studio Lab Management.”
The second session will be delivered by Tony Simms, one of our group members. He will be delivering a session titled, “Entering the Valley of Test”. In this session Tony will explore how Microsoft tools can help lift the sense of gloom so many development teams and project managers have about testing.
