What we’re about
For anyone looking to meet other young professionals. The age range is for people who are out of the party-like-in-college phase of life (well, usually). No hard age limits on the upper side, so if you just turned 45, don’t sweat it, and prefer people to be in their upper-20s as a minimum.
We’re just here to have fun with others in a similar place in life.
This is not a singles group. While the vast majority of attendees are single, it’s not always the case. Let’s meet people, have fun, and if you connect, than great!
Variety is the best! Variety of venues, things to do, and cities around the Twin Cities.
This is perfect for people who are new to the Cities, people who want to meet new friends, want to see different areas of the Cities in a safe and positive environment, or anyone who just wants to do something that is outside of their routine. The purpose of this group is to take social events to an awesome level!
Sometimes we’ll go to fun places, we’ll have happy hours, we might join other events, but often we’ll make activities of our own. Happy Hours, Festivals, Dinner, Theatre, Live Music, Parks, Dance Lessons, Sports, whatever we think will be fun! Events will usually be in Minneapolis or Saint Paul but may go to a suburb or even another location (who knows?).
Events will be a ton of fun. Even though some events may require a lot of energy, everyone should be low-key and cool. Let's have a positive environment where people can let go of the stress of work and life, be themselves, and just have a good time.
All of the events have a strict no-drama policy. The main thing for everyone to remember is we’re all here to have a good time and to share positive experiences.
I also figured we could use some Facebook integration:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/TwinCitiesSocial/
Invite other friends without making them figure out/join meetup! Plus, it allows for the wonderful RSVP of 'Interested'.
Look forward to seeing you!

See all- Stone Arch Bridge Festival 2025!Gold Metal Park, minneapolis, MN
The Stone Arch Bridge Festival is an art and music festival in Downtown Minneapolis by the river (and by the Stone Arch Bridge).
Here's what the event is about:
- Several stages for music
- Markets for the arts.
- Food and adult beverages, of course.
- Make new friends
- See friends you've met before
This will be a ton of fun!
I've uploaded the map of the festival.
There's a lot going on, and we'll walk to wherever people want to go.We're going to meet at the Gold Metal Park sign at noon. Come before noon so you're not late and trying to find the group. I'll be there a little before noon, too, and I'll post a picture of what I'm wearing, etc.
But we're going to meet by the giant sign (see pic) so it'll be easy to find. Here's links you can check out.

Getting to the Festival & Parking - Patio Happy Hour - Talk About Travel (and Whatever Else)The Gnome Craft Pub, St. Paul, MN
Mondays are hard - let's meet to talk about not working - that is, vacationing!
I mean, that'll be the pretense subject, and it'll go to wherever.
This is a recurring event so we can have consistency. Mondays after work. It's been a thing since 2019.
The location is alternating between Holman's Table and The Gnome.
A special note for the Gnome--parking isn't always super easy. The lot fills up, so expect to park on the nearby neighborhood streets, and it's probably best if you plan to get there at 5:15.
I usually find parking in the back side of the lot or on Mackubin Street (the turn right before the Gnome). Parking on Selby might be annoying for some. For those who don't know me, I am a big proponent of travel! I usually travel more then 60 days each year, not counting work travel.
I actually have a travel YouTube Channel:
https://www.youtube.com/c/sunnytravelsHave stories? Want to hear stories? Have a destination in mind? Perfect for all!
I'll also tell you cool tips on how to find deals (if you remind me)!
We're usually here longer than 90 minutes!
