The Pathwork is a body of practical spiritual wisdom that lays out a step-by-step journey into personal transformation and wholeness, down to the very core of our being. It is a voyage of discovery to the Real Self through the layers of our defenses, denial and fear.
We believe that the work of dropping old negative patterns and successfully choosing new, positive ways of being cannot be done alone, but must be pursued within a loving, supporting fellowship of seekers. Doing this work in community provides a safe, accepting space for true transformation to occur. The Mid-Atlantic Pathwork is a vibrant community with local workshops, emotional process groups, lecture studies, and other opportunites to join in fellowship as we share our spiritual journey together.
