Earthwalk Retreat Open House Memorial Weekend.
Details
A great local get-away. Do some or part of two days of immersion into the healing powers of nature for stress, for creativity, for spiritual awakening.
Nature's Pleasure Day Spa!
Beginning Sunday 10:AM-1PM Let Darlene guide you into a gentle expansion of your body and breath with Nature Yoga, on a lush green lawn under the trees. Followed with a simple teaching on meditation with/in Nature.
After Lunch have unstructured time to be on the land, walk down Enchanting Run to the river or linger at any one of a billion zen gardens. Rest in the hammock above the creek or walk the 11 circuit classical labyrinth. Explore the bio-feedback program for heart coherence, melt your muscles and your stress away in the hot tub, order a massage or a reiki session.
Close the evening with a fireside tea time. Enjoy the company of guests and your hostess around some home grown red clover tea and lite snacks. Share and enjoy music and poetry, drumming and singing or simple and real conversation. The fire tends to make us speak from our hearts more deeply. That is its magic.
Stay over at the Retreat or meet Darlene Monday at Clore Brothers outfitters on River Road at 7:30 am, for a 6 mile Natural Communion Float down the Rappahannock River. Another fabulous way to get your dose of Vitamin N, the next revolution in health care!
