Have you ever felt like you wanted to walk into the woods and just hang out there for days and days? Have you ever felt estranged from your natural surroundings because of all of your modern "conveniences"? Have you ever felt weird about the 9-5 rat race being the norm? Have you ever dreamed about partially or completely living off of the land? That's the way it was for thousands upon thousands of years. We lived in harmony with our natural surroundings. More than just "noble savages", we once possessed many skills which not only kept us alive, but connected us to the world around us. Our Society is held together by countless factors that can fail at any time, such as the trucks that bring us food, our water supply, our gas for heat. How would you get water, or food, or heat without these sources? Perhaps, like us, you feel that it's important to know how to reconnect to the old ways of living. This group is meant to return the joy of self-empowerment, and the joy of becoming free! It is also dedicated to cultivating an awareness of and respect for the Earth, and each other. The earth can provide for us. It always has, and always will. Chance favors the prepared mind! Please join us, and we can work together to learn to take our power back, and live at one with nature. We are committed to learning about self-reliance and Survival. So come hang out with us, and learn with us the old ways. We'll be learning useful skills together, as well as connecting with our ancient roots.
