Saturday 4-10 Miles

Anyone up for a run Saturday??  Please let me know how far you want to run and if you need to start a little earlier? We will happily run loops to allow for different distances.  If you need farther that 10, please post and coordinate.

I am likely only running 4 miles, but as usual we can accommodate many distances.

    Can't make it this week or next week.. I'm still having some paid in my left calf (doc thinks it's a soleus strain...). It's improving, but I want to play it safe. If I'm not feeling pain next week, I will still go to the Wounded Warrior race, but do the 10k instead of the half... after that, I'm going to start over on training.. c25k all over again, this time smarter … my goal will be to do the Cowtown Marathon in 2015.

    I'll be coming out a bit early to get in 3-4 before the 5:45 start. I want to get in 10 so if we do a 4ish loop for the first one at 5:45 I'll probably go an additional short one to get in the 10. I'm only posting that so anyone that wants to do a bit more than 4 but not a LOT more will know I will doing 6-7 (in 2 loops) starting at the 5:45 time.
