Day: Wednesdays

Time: 6:00 pm

Location: Oak Bay Bikes-Nanaimo

Description: Intermediate Level-no drop ride, with some hills and sprints but keep with a no-drop format. Distance of 35-55kms with options depending on what the group wants to do. Average speed will be 24-28km/hr. Participants should have some experience riding in groups, but not required. Helmets are required.

Participants would require Cycling BC insurance of any type. If a member is unsure about joining Cycling BC, they can participate in 2 trial rides first (after signing a waiver).
