Kevin, the baker is opening up his little bakery to have a class for the Food Club. This will be the first of two classes. This class will be for members that have worked with yeast dough before. We will be working with a wet and a dry dough (Ciabatta and a rustic loaf). We will shape the dough, learn cutting designs using a lame, and bring home our own loaf of bread. I wanted to open it up to a maximum of 10 people and thought this would be the best way first and then if we didn't get enough people I would announce it on the actual Meetup site. The cost will be $20......for two hours of class time, Kevin's time and our own loaf of bread baked in a wood-fired oven. Pretty Cool!
