Pedaler's Jamboree 2014 (http://www.pedalersjamboree.com/) <---click for website - PJ was created for bicycle riders and non-riders alike! Get a ticket for a weekend bicycle ride full of adventure or a non-rider ticket for the Kemper Park festivities available in Boonville on May 24th Weekend. Bicycle/music festival tickets for the full trip that includes several things like swag and sag support are $50. For the walk in or self-contained bikers, tickets for overnight camping/music & entertainment it is $20.

Bicyclists start at Flat Branch Park from 7:30 am to 10 am in Columbia, MO. Flat Branch Park is located at 101 South 4th St, Columbia, MO (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Flat+Branch+Park,+Columbia,+MO&hl=en&ll=38.950198,-92.33305&spn=0.012082,0.019248&sll=38.946494,-92.330839&sspn=0.386635,0.615921&oq=Flat+Branch+Park+&hq=Flat+Branch+Park,+Columbia,+MO&t=m&z=16&iwloc=A) <---click for map. This is the beginning of the MKT trail which connects to the Katy Trail State Park. Check in and drop off your camping gear to be taken to Kemper park.

For non-riders with ticket passes to the Kemper Park Festivities, gates open at 3 pm on Saturday, May 24th. Kemper Park is located at 757 3rd St, Boonville MO (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=757+3rd+St+Boonville,+MO+65233&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=40.545434,67.675781&ie=UTF8&view=map&hq=&hnear=757+3rd+St,+Boonville,+Cooper,+Missouri+65233&z=16) <---click for map, behind the YMCA building. Cars will not be permitted in the park. Free street side parking will be located close to the YMCA building.

I plan to bring most of my food for the two days and may eat supper at the Isle of Capri buffet (http://boonville.isleofcapricasinos.com/dining-farmerspickbuffet.aspx) Sat evening, though the prices have went up a lot since last year. There are coupons in the PJ brochure for buy one get one free I believe.

THINGS TO TAKE - Helmet, sunscreen, 2 to 3 bottles to refill or a camel back, spare inner tube, and a rain jacket. Extra TP, because they tend to run out. Shower items for cleaning the trail dirt off. The YMCA, next to the park, is supposed to have showers til about 10pm. Camping gear like tent and sleeping bag and a change of clothes for the next day.

If you don't have my cell, send a message to me with your cell and I will call or text it to you. ~Kat
