This is an hour long basic yoga class that incorporates standing and seated poses and balance work.

No experience necessary.

It is intended to gently stretch and open tight muscles in the entire body, build strength and focus, and most importantly leave you feeling de-stressed, relaxed and ready to face the week ahead.

Certified YOGA instructor, Carole-Ann Mobley, will gently guide us through some basic YOGA moves, and send us on our way feeling refreshed and healthy!

Carole-Ann is providing this free-of-charge as a courtesy to MTHG members and their guests, on a limited-time basis. So, come on out and take advantage of this great offer!

WHAT TO BRING: A YOGA mat (or suitable substitute) and WATER.
