The main purpose of this group is to understand grim political reality of Middle East and its influence to the world politics.
Beside serious talks, we will learn and enjoy Middle East cultures.

What: Discuss Middle Eastern histories and current affairs. Explore Middle Eastern cultures.
How: Attend group discussions. Invite 1st and 2nd generation of Middle Eastern descendants to the meeting and share their experience with us. Watch films and documentaries. Enjoy Middle Eastern food at local restraints. Visit local Middle Eastern culture events.

Afghan Star is one of the best documentary films of 2009.
The documentary is about most popular TV show in Afghanistan, the Afghan version of American Idol.
The film is very encouraging and optimistic in a sense. You can feel nothing is impossible.
