I truly hope you are all well, happy, staying healthy and safe in this crazy moment.
I am cancelling all in-person meetups for the near future. I feel like we all need to do everything possible to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, and even something as simple as a small group guitar session could pose a risk. I feel a responsibility to take every measure to keep this outbreak from spiking and keep our medical care system from getting utterly overwhelmed.
That being said, I am going to start remote teaching using skype (or google hangouts or FB live or whatever works). If you would like to learn guitar that way, please message me and we can set up a time. My schedule's wide open ;)

Hi! I'm Mike B, a professional guitar teacher based in Brooklyn. Let me cut to the chase - I LOVE MUSIC!!!! All styles. I also love guitar and I love to teach guitar. I'm looking to share my knowledge with locals at an affordable cost. I have a small studio space in my house, and can accommodate 2-5 students. These group classes will allow you to meet new people, develop or sharpen your guitar skills, and . . . the sky's the limit! I have keyboards, percussion, recording gear - this could become a production class, songwriting workshop, rehearsal training for singers and performers. I am open and ready to explore all these possibilities. For now, let's start with some guitar!
I am open to meeting anytime 2 or more folks want to get together if it fits in my schedule. Don't hesitate to contact me with potential meetups, or any other comments or concerns.
