DEAL or NO DEAL - Learning when to pull the trigger and buy your rehab right

The hardest part of being a rehabber is knowing how to fix a house up right, in the quickest time, for the lowest cost. It takes the right know-how to do it right, and on Tuesday night you'll hear from Eric Lundberg and Dan Kurszewski who between them have more than 100 successful (and a couple UNsuccessful) local rehabs under their belts. You'll learn:

  • How to tell the diamonds in the rough from the just plain ugly
  • How to estimate the costs of fixing it up right without having your contractor with you
  • How to save money buying your materials right
  • How to negotiate with contractors and where to find the good ones
  • Tons of tips and tricks we've learned over the years to make it shine for less...

NOTE: If you are planning on going on Saturday's RehabLab Bus tour, I HIGHLY recommend you attend this class. We'll cover the basics here, and then be using the forms you are already familiar with when seeing the deals.

Eric and Dan were very well prepared, and answered questions clearly. They obviously put a lot of work into the presentation.

This event was very informative. Some of the things that I liked most were break down of rehab costs, effective ways to choose the right contractors and work them, staging your home to sell etc. Nicely organized...

I thought the info provided was absolutely great. Only improvement, time ran a little long. Could have included a break.

The meeting was an excellent primer for the upcoming Bus Tour. You presented a ton of real world, what to do and how to do it now info targeted for the Milwaukee area market. II

We were packed! The presentation overall went really well. Dan did a very good job of not only explaining the general Rehab process, but he had a lot of specific pricing to use when we do the estimating this Saturday. Thanks for all the great questions.
