Aaron Saray: "My Site is Broken – Now What?"

You're on your way out the door to go get a drink with your friends – when you hear the fateful sound – the ice-cold vein-chilling ring of your bat-phone – that is, the emergency line for your clients.

"The site is down! We're losing lots of money! Fix it now! What's wrong!?"

We've all been there. Sometimes it's a software upgrade, other times it's a hack attempt – still others, it's our own damn fault.

So what are you to do?

Well half the battle is admitting you have a problem – and you admit it. Now what? Next, let's discover what the problem is. Hopefully then we can fix it.
