Focusing on tools, tips, and tricks to further user experiences in Windows 7. The first part of the presentation will be held by Samer Sultan, founder of a quickly growing Milwaukee based IT firm. Samer's back ground in in System and Network administration as well as healthcare IT (PAC / RIS / HIPPA Compliance).

Followed by a presentation on best practices tips and tricks for Mac OSX by Michael Ortega. Mikes presentation will be focusing on furthering hardware and software support skill sets with a MAC user base within an organization.

Michael and Samer each have over ten years of experience in the IT support and systems field and hope to share insights as well as learn from the audience in this interactive presentation. The meetup is set to move organically to promote audience participation, so attendees will drive the discussion and topic flow.
