Originally a group of Mamas and Babies who met at the Tucson Birth and Women's Health Center Tuesday group, we decided to strike out on our own once our little ones were too big and rambunctious for the group (which often has many very small babies).

This group is designed to be open and flexible and welcomes all caring Mamas in Tucson. Meetup is a tool for us to organize ourselves. The overall goal is to build and maintain friendships with like-minded families.

So...what kind of mindsets do we have?  Our members are interested in/practice some (or all?!?) of the following:

• breastfeeding
• baby wearing
• cloth diapering
• co-sleeping
• sustainability
• healthy lifestyles

We have SAHM, WAHM and working moms in our group.  Most of our playdates seem to be during the weekdays, but if you work during the week and want to host weekend playdates, please feel free!

We meet all over town (from the Far East to Sahuarita to Marana and all in-between) in our homes and in parks, at the pool, etc.
