This will be an introduction to non-religious mindfulness meditation and a chance to learn some key techniques. We'll be exploring the science, history and most recent research into mindfulness to give you a solid start to developing a life-changing daily practice. There'll also be time to ask questions, so feel free to come along if you already have experience meditating as there will be something for every level.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 6:30. We haven't booked the space before that time and the people who run it don't like people hanging around outside - there are lots of nice cafes in the area to wait in if you're a bit early. If you get lost, don't hesitate to give us a call on[masked] :)
