My semi monthly/monthly no show email. We always have a lot of new members, which is one of the reasons I keep sending these out.
No shows have dropped since these emails have started to be consistent. I thank all of you who care about and understand why we have a no show policy. If you are confused why we have one, please email me.
NEW NO SHOW POLICY.......Please contact me if you have any questions!New "No Show" policy is based on a point system, instead of the current policy of 3 no shows and the 4th one the member is out, it will be 4 points and the member is out. 1st......If a member invites a guest and you both "no show" for an event, an extra .5 will be added for each guest. 1 point for the member "no show" and .5 for each guest who "no shows". IF, the member shows up and your guest does not, no points will be given.
2nd.....There will be a few events that are extremely important to get an accurate RSVP count, example, a sit down restaurant event.
These events will say 2pts. or 3pts., which means, if you "no show" and it says 2pts., it means 2 pts. towards your 4pts.
We still have an easier no show policy then some other active groups. Have Fun!!
