Hello Everyone,

PLEASE READ.......I am sure you will get a charge out of this one. :-)

No Shows.......This may be getting boring for some folks, but these emails are necessary to keeping Mingling in Atlanta strong, also keeping other groups you are a member of strong.  Most people will understand these no show type emails and it I appreciate those who do!!

(To date, we have lost 18 people to the no show policy, just so you know, I have removed people who I like and are friends, just not Mingling Members anymore.)  ***Absolutely No One is considered a bad person for their no shows!!!  This group just might not be the right setting for some.

"Please notice if you have a number under your profile name.  If there is, that means you have a no show or multiple no shows.  PLEASE read our no show policy, under the tab called pages"

This is mainly for the new people, but others need a refresher too.

NO SHOWS hurt the count we give the venue and it takes away from other members when they think 100 people are signed up and 50-70 or even less people show up.  Not good if this happens.

As members, we should care if our group looks good/considerate to a venue, other members and non members.  If you don't care, please leave!!  Posting no show points takes up my time and time of other Organizers, which is not necessary.

I understand things happen and you are unable to change your RSVP at the last moment, but when it happens often to the same person, this has to be unacceptable for the good of the entire group.  I am sorry for this harsh email, but we are all adults and should know better to be considerate at every possible turn.  We all come out here to meet new fun people, if a person is so unreliable to a group, who would want that person as a friend?  Please do some inner reflection.  I can say this, because I do this quite often for myself.  For those who care about themselves and others, you will understand and not be offended.

This is always a tough email for me to write, but it is necessary for the good of the entire group.

I try my hardest to look at the whole picture.  I hope you understand and see it that way too.

Thank you and I hope to see you all out having fun soon!!!  I mean that!!!
