Celebrate OpenStack's 4th Birthday!

The OpenStack Foundation has graciously offered to host a party to celebrate OpenStack's 4th birthday. I'm tenatively setting this as the date. We'll finalize on a time and location as we get closer to the event. If this date doesn't work well, please let me know and we can shift this around. I should note the date could shift a bit depending on when the Juno-2 milestone is set in July as well.
