Fitness through Footy will be returning bigger and better for 2012! We'll be meeting 10 times starting with this session and continuing through mid April. The full schedule will be published soon.

For our first session, we're returning to the dome at Central Middle School in Wayzata (near I-494 and I-394). We recommend getting there about 15 minutes early so that we can be ready for the workout right at the noon start time. The session should last 90 mins and finish at 1:30pm

We'll be doing a full body workout that utilizes skills of Australian Football to provide a unique, dynamic, and challenging workout that can be tailored to any fitness level.

What to bring:
Water, or sports drink.
Boots/cleats, indoor soccer shoes, or tennis shoes (the field surface is artificial turf).
Workout gear. (wear layers because the dome is chilly)
As many female friends as you want.
