Sytema Russian Martial Art is designed to be highly adaptive and practical, training uses drills and sparring instead of set kata. It focuses mainly on controlling the seven body levers (wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, waist, knees, and ankles) through pressure point application, striking and weapon applications.
The key principle of the Russian Systema is non-destruction. The goal is to make sure that your training and your attitudes do no damage to the body or the psyche of you or your partners. Systema is designed to create, build and strengthen.

Kettlebells
The kettlebell or girya (Russian) is a traditional Russian cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Kettlebell workouts increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements.
No other form of weightlifting comes close to forging the elite finess that Kettlebells do.
