Introduction to Astronomy Course - 4 nights Sept 8,15,22,29

Interested in learning more about astronomy? We are running a 4-week introduction to astronomy course at the Riverwood Conservancy.

If you have budding young astronomer or you are one yourself than this is the course for you. Offered by Earthshine and The Riverwood Conservancy this four night course is open to ages 12 and up. The course is taught by members of the Mississauga Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada. On clear evenings, observing with telescopes will take place from 8:30 – 9:30, extending the course time by 30 minutes. Registration is a must. Fee: $80.00 non-member, $60.00 member
