Having been mainly a freelancer for the past year, I've noticed a large majority of job postings out there are calling for UX designers. I do not have enough knowledge or skills in this department and want to learn more.
I have been a print designer for over 12 years and have worked in both small and large companies, mostly in retail consumer products and packaging. I've worked for companies like Guess, Whole Foods Market Regional, Mattel and Merle Norman Cosmetics. I have some experience in web design, but not a whole lot.
Yes! Anything about UX design, mobile UX design, etc. How do I get started? What do I need to know? What would I need to show in my portfolio if I were to apply for one of these positions?
Hi. I have been a print designer for over 12 years with a few years of experience in web design and feel I need to learn more in order to keep up.
